Unitization of brine rights - Notice of application

Official statutory text

Notice of the filing of an application to create a unit or to

increase or decrease the size of the unit area, along with a copy of

the application, shall be mailed to each respondent to the

application whose address is known, or whose address can be found

with reasonable diligence, at least twenty (20) days prior to the

date set for hearing. In addition, notice shall be given at least

twenty (20) days prior to the date of said hearing by one

publication in some newspaper of general circulation printed in

Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and by one publication at least twenty

(20) days prior to the date of the hearing in some newspaper of

general circulation printed in each county in which the lands

embraced within the application are situated. In addition, such

additional notice shall be given as is required by the rules and

regulations of the Commission.
