Purchasing priority of solution gas

If at any time the Commission has designated priorities for the
purchasing of gas from oil and gas wells pursuant to its regulatory
power, the solution gas associated with the production of brine from
any brine well, whether or not within a unit created pursuant to
this act, shall be deemed to have a classification equal to the
highest priority designated by the Commission.
