Incorporation
Official statutory text
A. A benefit corporation that is not a state bank or trust
company shall be incorporated in accordance with the Oklahoma
General Corporation Act, except that its certificate of
incorporation shall also state that it is a benefit corporation.
B. A benefit corporation that is a state bank or trust company
shall be incorporated in accordance with the Oklahoma Banking Code,
except that its certificate of incorporation shall also state that
it is a benefit corporation.
