Officers

Official statutory text

The officers of an association shall consist of a president to

be chosen from among the directors, one or more vice-presidents, a

secretary, a treasurer, and any other officers authorized by the

bylaws or by the directors. Any number of offices may be held by

the same person unless the certificate of incorporation or bylaws

provide otherwise.
