Duplicate deposit slip or receipt filed with county clerk

Official statutory text

The county treasurer shall, when making up his deposits for the

bank, make a duplicate ticket of such deposits and file the same

with the county clerk, and whenever said treasurer shall transmit

any money to any designated fiscal agent outside of his county he

shall file with the county clerk a duplicate receipt for the amount

so transmitted.
