Agreements with senior citizen centers to provide

The board of county commissioners of each county may enter into
agreements with any local senior citizen center which meets federal
regulations for the furnishing of services for those county
residents who by reason of age, infirmity or misfortune may have
claims upon the sympathy and aid of the county and to pay for such
services from funds of the county duly appropriated therefor.
