Fingerprinting fee

The sheriff may charge an amount not to exceed Fifteen Dollars
($15.00) per card for fingerprinting individuals. This section
shall not be applicable to fingerprinting individuals pursuant to
the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act. All fees collected pursuant to this
section shall be deposited into the Sheriff's Service Fee Account.
