Suspension of treasurer during action
Official statutory text
Whenever any suit shall have been commenced against any
delinquent county treasurer as aforesaid the judge of the district
court of such county may at his discretion suspend such treasurer
from office pending the final termination of such suit and the board

of county commissioners shall appoint some suitable person to fill
such vacancy therein created as hereinbefore provided.
