Buildings to be erected when fund sufficient

Official statutory text

After a building fund has been accumulated, either from the

proceeds of the sale of town lots or from any other source, it shall

be the duty of the board of county commissioners within one year

from the time such fund becomes available, to proceed to the

Oklahoma Statutes - Title 19. Counties and County Officers Page 260

erection of the necessary county buildings including a jail, if such

fund shall in the judgment of the board be sufficient for that

purpose.
