Courthouse fund and other monies - Purchase of material

The board of county commissioners of any such county is hereby
authorized to expend any such money provided under the provisions of
this act available for the construction of a courthouse, and any
money on hand in county treasury to the credit of the courthouse
fund, to purchase, without bids, material for the construction of
said courthouse, employ skilled and common labor and to purchase
equipment and office supplies to furnish said courthouse.
