Manufacturers and assemblers
Official statutory text
Manufacturers or assemblers of electrical equipment shall not be
subject to the provisions of this act in regard to any work involved
in the manufacture, test, alteration, maintenance or repair by the
manufacturers or assemblers of electrical materials, devices,
appliances or apparatus, except that nothing herein contained shall
exempt any manufacturer or assembler from compliance with any
applicable electrical installation code in his plant.
