Resolution creating

Official statutory text

In any county or counties authorized by this act to create a

lake area planning commission, the planning commission shall be

created by resolution of the board of county commissioners of the

county or counties. The resolution shall include the following

information: (a) the name of the proposed lake area planning

commission, (b) the area to be included within the jurisdiction of

the planning commission, (c) the number of members of the planning

commission, the length of their terms, the area from which they

shall be selected and the method by which they shall be selected,

and (d) other pertinent information concerning the formation of the

planning commission which the board of county commissioners may

require.
