Property of city or town upon consolidation - Former

district offices vacated.

Whenever an entire county sewer improvement district shall be

consolidated with an adjacent city or town, the property, both real

and personal and effects of every nature and description of such

county sewer improvement district shall be the property of and

belong to such city or town; and the offices of the county sewer

improvement district shall become vacated and the duties now vested

by law to be performed by the officers of the county sewer

improvement district shall be vested in the governing board of said

adjacent city or town.
