Oklahoma Statutes - Title 20. Courts Page 449

All money collected for credit to the Law Library Fund shall be

paid by the court clerk to the county treasurer. The money shall be

kept in a separate account to be known as the "Law Library Fund".

It shall be treated as a continuing fund. It shall neither be

diverted to any other account nor be used for any purpose other than

those specified in Section 1202 of this title.
