Records and information confidential

Official statutory text

Any records or information submitted to the Oklahoma Tax

Commission under the provisions of this act shall be treated as

confidential and shall not be released to any other department of

state government except they shall be available to the Attorney

General's office, to any court of competent jurisdiction, or any

legislative committee desiring any information pertaining thereto.
