Referral of complaint from federal government -

Investigations - Administrative proceedings - Time limits - Delays.

If the federal government has referred a complaint to the

Attorney General or has deferred jurisdiction over the subject

matter of the complaint to the Attorney General, the Attorney

General shall promptly investigate the allegations set forth in the

complaint.
