Determination of housing discrimination

Official statutory text

If the Attorney General upon final determination finds that an

act of housing discrimination pursuant to Section 1452 of this title

has been committed by a person holding a real estate license

pursuant to state law, the Attorney General will certify such

determination to the licensing agency. Unless such determination of

discriminatory practice is reversed in the course of judicial

review, a final determination is binding on the licensing agency.

Such agency shall take appropriate administrative action, including

suspension or revocation of the license of the respondent.
