Violation of act a misdemeanor - Fine

Official statutory text

Any person, firm, association, lodge, fraternity, or club who

shall fail to comply with the provisions of this act shall be guilty

of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any

sum not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) nor more than One Hundred

Dollars ($100.00).
