No declaration filed - Procedure

If no Declaration of Candidacy is filed by such judicial
officer, the Secretary of State shall immediately notify the
Governor and the Chairman of the Judicial Nominating Commission that
no Declaration of Candidacy was filed by the judicial officer,
stating his name and office, and that a vacancy has occurred or is
certain to occur, as is appropriate.
