Certificate of vote

A. In a declared election emergency when the ballots are to be
counted manually, at the conclusion of the official count, the
counters shall execute certificates of vote wherein the counters
attest to the correctness of the totals. The inspector shall cause
one copy of each certificate to be posted on the door or entrance of
the polling place and shall cause one copy of each certificate to be
transmitted forthwith to the Secretary of the State Election Board.
The secretary of the county election board shall cause one copy of
each absentee certificate of vote to be posted on the door of the
county election board office.

produced as required by Section 7-132 of this title and the
procedures prescribed by the Secretary of the State Election Board.
