Federal employment contingent upon federal funds
Official statutory text
Any full-time-equivalent employees employed by the Department
pursuant to this article to be compensated with federal funds shall
have their employment contingent upon the procurement of federal
funds and shall be terminated when federal support of those
positions is discontinued. All activities performed by these
employees shall be discontinued upon their termination due to the
lack of such federal funds.
