Emergency Drought Relief Fund

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a fund to be known
as the "Emergency Drought Relief Fund". This fund shall be a
continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations and shall
consist of all monies received by the fund from state
appropriations, gifts, grants, private donations or federal funding
for the purpose of providing funding for emergency drought relief
activities once a drought emergency has been declared.
