organization - Quorum - Voting.

A. At the first meeting following each annual election, the

board of directors shall organize and shall select and designate a

chair, vice-chair and a treasurer. Notice of the new organization

shall be filed with the Conservation Commission annually as

prescribed by the Commission.

B. A majority of the directors shall constitute a quorum and

the concurrence of a majority in any matter within their duties

shall be required for its determination.
