Fee for posting notice
Official statutory text
In all applications filed with the district court clerk when
posting of notices is required by statute, the district court clerk
shall cause said notice to be posted, and a fee of twenty cents
($0.20) per mile shall be paid out of the local court fund to the
person performing said service.
