Fees in lieu of other enumerated charges

The flat fees herein provided for shall be in lieu of the
charges enumerated in 28 O.S.1961, Section 31, as amended by Section
6, Chapter 122, O.S.L.1967, and the court clerks, from and after the
effective date of this act, shall no longer be required to list,
itemize or charge pursuant to the schedule therein enumerated,
except for proceedings after judgment, and except as herein
specifically set out.
