Report of conviction to federal agency

Official statutory text

If a person is convicted of a violation of Section 1 of this act

or of a local ordinance substantially corresponding to Section 1 of

this act, a report of the conviction shall be forwarded by the court

in which the conviction occurred to the Federal Aviation

Administration Flight Standards District Office having jurisdiction

over the county in which the violation occurred.
