Payment of debts

Official statutory text

Every guardian appointed under the provisions of this act shall

pay all just debts due from the ward out of the personal estate and

income from the real estate of the ward, if sufficient. If said

estate and income is not sufficient, then payment shall be made out

of the real estate of the ward, upon obtaining an order for the sale

thereof, the proceeds of such sale shall be disposed of in the

manner provided by law for the sale of real estate of decedents.
