Funds; investments of

Official statutory text

No mutual benefit association which may do business in this

state, under this article, shall invest any of its mortuary, reserve

or emergency fund except in accordance with the laws of this state,

relating to investment of funds of domestic stock insurance

companies doing a similar business.
