Delinquency proceedings; appointment of personnel;

In any proceeding commenced against an insurer pursuant to
Article 18 or 19 of Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes for the
purpose of liquidating, rehabilitating, reorganizing or conserving
such insurer:
1. No former employee of the Insurance Department shall be
employed or appointed to serve in any capacity by the court to
assist the Insurance Department for a period of one (1) year
following such employee's former employment;
2. No former member of the State Legislature shall be employed
to assist the Insurance Department for a period of two (2) years
following the expiration of such member's service in office; and
3. If any former officer or employee of any other company has
been employed to assist the Insurance Department with the said
proceeding against the insurer, such other company may not purchase
the assets of or acquire any other interest in said insurer for a
period of one (1) year following the expiration or termination of
such officer's or employee's term of office or employment.
