Charging insurance producer for documentation costs

Official statutory text

No insurer, at any time, shall charge the insurance producer for

any costs associated with the necessary documentation or records

needed to underwrite a policy. The provisions of this section shall

apply only to personal insurance as defined in Section 952 of Title

36 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
