Applicability of Oklahoma Open Records Act and Oklahoma

Open Meeting Act.

Nothing herein shall be construed to subject a charitable

organization to the Oklahoma Open Records Act or the Oklahoma Open

Meeting Act; provided, however, that the notices required by Section

4 of this act and the audited financial statements required by

Section 6 of this act which are in the possession of the Oklahoma

Insurance Department shall be deemed a "record" as defined in the

Oklahoma Open Records Act.
