Certain advertising not prohibited

Nothing in this act or any other law of the State of Oklahoma
shall be construed to prevent or prohibit advertising of the price

or any other information relating to the sale of any funeral
service, funeral benefit, funeral merchandise, or any other property
which may be used in the burial or disposal of the human dead,
provided such advertising shall not be false, fraudulent or
misleading.
