Suspension of implementation if inconsistent with federal

Official statutory text

law.

In the event that the Congress of the United States enacts laws

legally inconsistent with any portion of this act, the Insurance

Commissioner may suspend implementation of such inconsistent portion

of this act. In such case, the Commissioner shall notify the

Governor, President Pro Tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the

House of Representatives.
