Non-pari-mutuel tracks - Time for payment of claims
Official statutory text
Any non-pari-mutuel track, coming within the provisions of this
act, shall pay, within thirty (30) days, any claims submitted by the
Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission, to reimburse the Commission for
any verified expenses incurred in administering this act. If such
claims are not paid within the thirty-day period, the Commission may
take such action as specified in subsection J of Section 205.2 of
Title 3A of the Oklahoma Statutes.
