Suspension or revocation of occupation license at race

meeting - Procedure.

A. The Commission or the stewards or the judges at a race

meeting shall have the authority to revoke or suspend an occupation

license. If the Commission revokes or suspends an occupation

license, or a steward or the judges at any race meeting suspend an

occupation license, the occupation license of the person shall

remain suspended or revoked until the final determination has been

made pursuant to the provisions of Sections 301 through 326 of Title

75 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

B. The Commission or the stewards or the judges at a race

meeting may summarily suspend an occupation license pending further

proceedings pursuant to the provisions of Sections 301 through 326

of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes. Such proceedings shall be

promptly instituted.
