Oklahoma Lottery Commission – Creation – Office – Venue
Official statutory text
There is hereby created a body corporate and politic to be known
as the Oklahoma Lottery Commission which shall be deemed to be an
instrumentality of the state. The principal office of the
Commission shall be located in Oklahoma County, and the venue of any
action against the Commission shall be Oklahoma County.
