Rules, regulations and standards

The Commissioner is hereby authorized and empowered to adopt
such rules, regulations and standards as he deems necessary and
appropriate to carry out the provisions of this act; provided that
the adoption of all such rules, regulations and standards and all
administrative proceedings of the Commissioner shall be governed by
applicable provisions of Sections 301-325, inclusive, of Title 75 of
the Oklahoma Statutes.
