Notice of referee decision

NOTICE OF REFEREE DECISION.

The parties shall be promptly notified of such referee's

decision and shall be furnished with a copy of the decision,

including the findings and conclusions in support thereof. The

decision shall be provided to the party by the agency's digital

portal or email unless the party notifies the agency that they opted

out from receiving notices by email pursuant to Section 11 of this

act. Such decision shall be final unless, within ten (10) days

after the date notice is deemed given, further review before the

Board of Review is initiated pursuant to Section 2-606 of this

title.
