Citizen advisory groups

A. The Commissioner of Mental Health and Substance Abuse

Services may appoint such citizen advisory groups as are deemed

necessary for effective planning and delivery of services.

Membership, terms and other details related to the functioning of

Oklahoma Statutes - Title 43A. Mental Health Page 39

such groups shall be established by the Commissioner and may be

revised or rescinded at any time.

B. Members shall be eligible for reimbursement for their travel

expenses in accordance with the provisions of the State Travel

Reimbursement Act.
