ARTICLE 5. Territorial applicability of Oklahoma Uniform Code

of Military Justice.

Oklahoma Statutes - Title 44. Militia Page 66

The Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military Justice applies at all

times and in all places. Courts-martial and courts of inquiry may

be convened while state military forces are deployed outside the

state with the same jurisdiction and powers as if the proceedings

were held inside the state, and offenses committed outside the state

may be tried and punished either inside or outside of the state.
