ARTICLE 117. Provoking speeches or gestures.

Any person subject to the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military

Justice who uses provoking or reproachful words or gestures towards

Oklahoma Statutes - Title 44. Militia Page 159

any other person subject to the Code shall be punished as a court-

martial may direct.
