Mine inspector to require compliance with act

It shall be the duty of the Mine Inspector of said mines to see
that the provisions of this act are complied with and to require the
operators of said mines to meet the requirements of this act. His
demands shall at all times be in writing delivered to the operator
and specifying therein the things or acts to be done.
