Punishment for offense

Official statutory text

A violation of Section 16 hereof, or of any part thereof, shall

be a misdemeanor, and any one convicted of such violation shall be

fined not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and not more than

Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or imprisoned in the county jail not

less than thirty (30) days, and not more than twelve (12) months, or

by both such fine and imprisonment.
