Proof of financial responsibility

Before operating a fully autonomous vehicle on public roads in

this state without a human driver, a person shall submit proof of

financial responsibility satisfactory to the Department of Public

Safety that the fully autonomous vehicle is covered by insurance or

proof of self-insurance of at least One Million Dollars

($1,000,000.00) which shall satisfy the requirements of the

Compulsory Insurance Law pursuant to Section 7-600 et seq. of Title

47 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
