Venue of actions against motor carriers - Issuance of

Any action against a motor carrier for damages by reason of any
breach of duty, whether contractual or otherwise, may be brought, in
addition to the other counties in which such action may be brought,
in the county where the cause of action or some part thereof arose,
and summons shall be issued to any other county against any one or
more of the defendants at the plaintiff's request.
