Intrastate motor transportation fuel surcharge

The Oklahoma Corporation Commission shall establish an
intrastate motor transportation fuel surcharge for common carriers
of household goods or used emigrant movables by motor vehicles over
irregular routes that shall in no instance be less than that
established by the Interstate Commerce Commission for interstate
transportation by like carriers.
