The Oklahoma Motor Carrier Safety and Hazardous Materials

Transportation Act is not intended to affect any law of this state

now in effect with respect to matters relating to the transportation

of hazardous materials but in the case of any conflict relating to

motor carrier safety involving the transportation of property, or

the transportation of hazardous materials, the provisions of the

Oklahoma Motor Carrier Safety and Hazardous Materials Transportation

Act shall prevail.
