Liability for damages

Any person entering upon the land on which the well is located
to plug, replug, or repair the same, pursuant to the authority and
in accordance with the order of the Commission, shall not be liable
or held responsible for any damages resulting from operations
reasonably necessary or proper to plug, replug, or repair the well,
except damages to growing crops and improvements.
