Supplemental remedy

Official statutory text

Nothing in this act shall relieve any person or persons

otherwise legally responsible from any obligation to properly plug,

replug, or repair a well and shall not limit the authority of the

Commission to require the proper plugging, replugging, or repair of

the well, but is intended as a supplemental remedy when any person

or persons obligated to do so fail or cannot be made to do so.
