LP Gas Research, Marketing and Safety Revolving Fund

Official statutory text

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund

for the Oklahoma Liquefied Petroleum Gas Research, Marketing and

Safety Commission to be designated the "LP Gas Research, Marketing

and Safety Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund,

not subject to fiscal year limitations and shall consist of all

monies received by the Commission from assessments received and

collected pursuant to Section 420.27 of this title, and donations,

grants, contributions and gifts from any public or private source

and any monies appropriated by the Oklahoma State Legislature. The

Commission may expend funds as provided for by law. Expenditures

from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State

Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the

Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for

approval and payment.
